Am I crazy?

I love our house. Of course there are things that need to be fixed or upgraded but that will always be the case. It's just steps from our close friends, the Wheelers. We are all settled in. We have had the exterior painted, did alot of interior painting ourselves, new carpets etc. It's appreciated substatially since we bought it.

But today I started thinking... wouldn't it be nice to have a house with a bigger backyard? Maybe even a smaller house (we don't really need 4 bedrooms + 2 additional spare rooms). What if we downsized a bit and got a place with a huge backyard for the kids to play in. Maybe we could even find a place with an in-law suite (separate entrance, bedroom, kitchen and small living area).

Ahhhh to dream. I actually looked on-line and found a house as described above.

But then reality set in. Do we want to pack up all our stuff and unpack it again? Do we want to move to a house that doesn't have a giant family room that is so nice for the entertaining we do? Do we want to deal with the paperwork and financing "stuff"?

I'm just too lazy for these pipe dreams.
